This market, we’re trying something a little different!

After a lot of conversations with past and potential vendors, we're opting out of a large shared tent. That means each vendor will bring their own setup—tent or not! If you don’t have a tent (or don’t want to set one up), you’re still welcome to apply. Just keep in mind: this is an outdoor event, so you’ll want to prepare for possible sunshine or showers.

We know this setup may not work for everyone—but we’re excited to give it a shot and hope you'll join us!

🧁 MARKET VIBE + WHO SHOULD APPLY

Our summer markets attract over 2,000 shoppers, and we’re once again inviting local makers, artists, crafters, and small businesses who create things you can’t find at the mall.

We’re looking for:

Handmade or uniquely curated items
Vendors who add a personal touch to pre-made goods
Interactive booths (yes to face painting, fairy hair, etc.)
Businesses ready to promote the event via social media

➡️ Note: We do not accept direct-sales companies (e.g., Scentsy, Color Street, etc.) unless you are a returning vendor. It's not because we don’t love y’all—but past market feedback shows most shoppers already have a go-to rep.

Vendor Fee: $60 (reduced from $75!)
Spots Available: 72
Set-up Time: Must be fully set up by 7:30 AM
Tear-down: No early breakdowns — stay until 2 PM
Outdoor Market: Rain or shine!
Electricity: Not available
Generators: Not permitted under tents; if used, exhaust must be safely routed away from vendor area
Tables/Tents: Vendors must supply their own (tent is optional)
Wi-Fi: Not provided — come prepared with a device that can process payments offline or via cellular
Friday Set-Up: Available but unsupervised

📝 APPLICATION INFO

This is an application, not a guarantee of acceptance. We carefully review each submission to curate a diverse vendor mix and a fun, engaging shopping experience. We typically only accept 3–4 vendors per category, though categories like jewelry, home décor, and clothing may have more flexibility.

🛑 Applications submitted outside the posted dates (before or after July 29) will not be reviewed unless spots remain.

I understand that once my vendor fee is paid, no refunds will be given for any reason.

I understand that I can set up on the Friday before the market and that there will be no supervision from Farmer and the Dail. Please take note of weather (especially wind/rain) to ensure the things you set up will be safe overnight. Farmer and the Dail is not responsible for anything stolen (hasn't happened, but have to say it!) or damaged due to rain/wind/weather.

I understand that once my application is accepted and my vendor fee invoice is sent, I have 3 days to pay online and after that the invoice will be canceled and my spot will be given to the next vendor application. If you need extra time to pay, please let me know and I'll be happy to work with you :-)

If chosen as a vendor, I will advertise my attendance at the market through social media (Instagram, Facebook) at least twice (preferably more!).

If chosen as a vendor, I agree to send a short (and fun!) blurb about my business and at least three photos of my product/set up to be used on the market event page. This helps get people excited about vendors and know what to expect/shop for at the market. Approved vendors will receive specific information about this a month or so before the market.

I understand that spaces (both inside and outside the tent) are first come first serve. We will send out an email to all accepted vendors with a vendor map and a link to sign up for a specific numbered spot on the map. All spaces are first come first serve. The vendor map notates which spots are under the tent and which spots are bring your own tent.

I understand that there may be other vendors selling similar items as mine (ex. there will be more than 1 jewelry vendor). Please note I try to accept a variety of vendors but popular categories like clothing, jewelry, or home decor will have more than one vendor.
